Hair Potion

"Gorgeous hair is the best revenge." Said the beautiful Ivana Trump once and we couldn't agree more with that quote. You must have notice your hair is dry and frizzy in in the winter, yes it has been a harsh, long and cold few months. Whether it be the excessive sun-basking, the constant blow-dryer heat or the huddling up in front of heaters and in house radiators, we end up damaging our tresses. Not only do your locks require extra nourishment, but they need intense conditioning. As a corrective measure to dry strands and the standing frizz on my crown, I excited decided to try the recently launched Schwarzkopf's Bonacure Hairtherapy Cell Protector Repair Rescue Shampoo & Conditioner. I must tell you a secret, I go by fragrances that products carry with them and this one scored brownie points, just when I opened the bottle, gave the bottle a little pinch to have a whiff of it! The shampoo is pearly white and has a thick texture that has to be well diluted with water and then distributed equally through the scalp and hair, massage gently and add a little more water to generate more lather and be rest assured a squeaky clean shampoo experience! There on a generous squeeze of the conditioner is enough to run through your hair strands and the ends. By the time I was washing the conditioner off, I could tell the difference, my hair was not tangled, it smelt rather good and the conditioner washed off quick and easy.

Repair Rescue - Shampoo and Conditioner

I usually alternate between leave in conditioner and hair serums/ heat protectors post hair washes. This time I was really excited to try out the Moisture Kick leave-in conditioner. I used a pump full through my towel-soaked hair and it did wonders. My frizz (at the crown) was calmer, the ends looked neat and controlled! Two hair washes later and compliments for the shampoo conditioner duo I share my 'Schwarzkopf Bonacure salon-at-home' experience with you.

The Bonacure range is quite extensive from colour freeze to smooth perfect! I hope to review the other ranges so I can tell you details of which hair-concerns each therapy takes care for you.
